Get the IRS Off Your Back Today!
Each weekday, millions of hardworking Americans leave their families and head to work. Most of them spend eight or more hours each day earning every penny they can. When payday arrives, most of their paychecks are already spent on mortgages, auto payments, insurance, and utilities. Throw in the fact that anywhere from 10 to 40 percent of their paychecks are immediately absorbed by Uncle Sam, there is not a whole lot of money left to buy anything but groceries.
To make matters worse, when April 15th comes around, taxpayers dread finding out how many hundreds or thousands more dollars they will be required to pay in the form of income taxes. As a result, thousands of American taxpayers fall deep into IRS tax debt every year. Even though the United States government does allow certain tax exemptions, that does very little to alleviate the financial strain of many taxpayers. For these folks it just does not seem fair that some people can take 10 minutes to file a simple 1040 EZ form and get a couple thousand dollars back, while they have to pay thousands more.
If the tax debt becomes severe enough, the IRS has a few “weapons” that they will use to get debtors to pay. Some of the most dreaded of these back tax collection methods include wage garnishment and tax levies. Although the government give the IRS the power to seize debtor properties, they must follow due process of law. The government also requires the IRS to notify taxpayers before garnishing the wages. Obviously, when wages are garnished, workers are not able to provide for their families, and need to find out how to get rid of a wage garnishment.
For taxpayers who wonder how to get rid of a wage garnishment, the best solution would be to consult experienced wage garnishment attorneys. When debtors hire the best wage garnishment lawyers, they not only learn how to get rid of wage garnishment, they will free themselves completely from further IRS harassment. Unfortunately, too many people who are deep in tax debt waste their time wondering how to get rid of a wage garnishment, rather than taking action.
When a taxpayer is buried in IRS tax debt, common sense should tell them that they should contact a tax attorney or wage garnishment attorney as soon as possible. In fact, the sooner they do so the better; for IRS tax problems are not going to go away themselves, and the longer debtors wait to take action, the worse their situations will become. The bottom line is that wage garnishment lawyers will show their clients how to get rid of a wage garnishment, but debtors need to take the initiative to seek their help. Wage garnishment is the most evil, underhanded thing that the government can do. They talk about a third of our money to begin with to provide for lazy unemployed “people”. Yet who are the ones who get penalized? THe working man!
It is frustrating to see so much of each paycheck disappear and then learn that you owe another 1500 or 2 grand each spring. Then you have people living like kings for nothing. Driving BMWs and Mercedes. Its a joke.
